no time

well hello journal my science fair project has come to its match its due in exactly 7 days. i hope this time it works unlike our last attempt. day one need to get the brains out of the mice this time thank fully there time matched. ( same age) then wonce there out need to put them into their test tubes with paraformeldrahyde. for 24 hours. then next day wash them and put it into sucrose for 3 days. then prepare the liquid nitergen and freeze them put them in a plastic container with optimal cuttting tecnic remember this is the 4th day also today the gum aribic has to sit overnight and be thinned.that night the slices also must be gassed. the next day i can cutt the slices (30um) this will take about 3 hours then place the slides into the slide box. then prepare the etoh washes. about 20 mins to do that. next prepare the other timms stain reagents and start the staining the staining preparement will take about and hour or two. next put it in with the slides in the box and let it mix for 3 hours so far thats a 8 hours and 20 mins. then the slides must be rinsed. about 1hour time frame and then dehidrated in the etoh whitch will take 21 minnets and then 4 minnets in xyline. then done for the day. phew! so that will take 8 hours and 45 minnets and about 15 to clean up so that will be 9 hour day and thats after school so that will be 4:00 to 1am not stoping for food. then the next day or the 5th day the imaging can be done that will take at least 4 hours to image and count at high magnification. then the next day or the 6th day typing up and making the charts and puting it on the poster. the 7th day is set up for the project the 8th day i present.

well didn't we have fun. don't know if i can do this. i can only go in tomorrow i will be away friday saturday and sunday and i will be back into work on monday tuesday and wedsday thursdays set up.
