An Amazing Night

Kenny was in Tennessee for a few days with his family, and yesterday was his first day home. It was nice to get to talk to him more than when he was on vacation because then I knew he was doing exciting cool things and Pigeon Forge has poor reception. We ended up planning a night together, which was pretty perfect.

He picked me up and I know I hate gifts but I still appreciate the gesture in the end. He brought me a bouquet of flowers and then when he got to Fazoli's, a delicious Italian fast food place, he pulled out a bag. In it was a shirt his grandma got me and a shirt from him. His mom got us a necklace, it is a grain of rice one with both our names on it. Plus he went to Ripley's Aquarium and got me a sting ray pirate, that is exactly where I got his pirate turtle from though in Myrtle Beach. We had a nice dinner, he told me stories and we just talked, which is nice always to me to have those great conversations.

Then we went to the movies, and we saw I Love You, Man. It was really funny and I found it as a unique movie, I have never seen a story line like that, unlike horror films that follow an exact and predictable pattern. I also got a job application at the movie theater which was cool, they said I would probably be hired within a week because they really need some help. Anyways the movie was great, lots of cuddling and enjoying it with not really any interruptions because we had the theater to ourselves.

I went home completely exhausted, just stayed up long enough to put the flowers in a vase, which I messed up, and to say good night to the love of my life.
