Pissed Off

Excuse me but when you send me a specific quote for a computer tower and I send a quote with the specs that were requested, I would expect that the person would also contact me with an idea as to what they want the tower itself to look like. I am an independent sales rep and the company I work for has many options as far as towers, and the different mods, colors, shapes you can purchase. The person that messaged me did not tell me what case that they wanted..Mind you between myself and my supervisors and the other 2 sales reps there are quite a few ads out there and when I get told that I need to look at my ad and then I would figure out what case they wanted.. that is just retarded... You have to let me know what you want.. Also mind you that this person is a competitor figured out our supplier's site and sent me the link to it and tried to tell me that I quoted him 10 dollars more than what I did, and it's all right there in the e mails.. also, they refused to pay for anything up front and the reason that they were asked to is because the order was quite small. Then they proceeded to call me stupid and in doing so they were sent a e mail from one of my supervisors basically saying that what I gave him was the correct price and that it wasn't very professional to talk to someone's employee like that. If this guy is a professional with a store front he should know better than to be talking to anyone like that... and he also went on to tell my supervisor that I make him look bad.. Also, all messages make it past my supervisor before they are sent out and if I did not know what I was doing then why did he pretty much hand me a job... I wonder if this person's supplier's charge him more? or if he felt threatened... When we say we have the lowest prices in the area, we are not kidding... && we have the resellers permit and the state and federal ein numbers, we are even registered with the county so there for we own the business name... We are all professionals here and yes he may have been trying to challenge me but I don't appreciate being called an idiot.. I don't go around to my competitors and send nasty e mails to their sales reps, it's just not right...
