It's getting towards six weeks since I absconded from Plymouth and settled myself in this tiny haven in S.E. London. I have surprised myself, a little, by the amount of writing I have done, I have even been able to pen a few Sonnets, but I really want to try and change my writing style, I think I want to get up closer to the subject, instead of commenting on the ever changing world vista, or some great lost love of long years since; instead I think I won't to write about a single tear, or a leaf descending during autumn or the ever changing landscape of the back of a hand. Like everything worth doing its proving difficult to make a proper start, the words seem very intimidating, it means of course, like James Joyce discovered, an exploration into my own vocabulary to make changes, use different literary and not so literary ploys, to experiment, well isn't that the best reason of all for making a change.

i am going through some changing too and my reasons are I want to learn other styles of writting and experience a grow in my writting, my aim is to improve, try a pictureing of a sunset, they really lend their beauty to to a beatufully written poem, I was writting mostly love poems and i wanted to try something about nature, a simple sunset sparked the muse in me and the words flowed, now I am trying to learn haiku and rhyme, both forms of poetry fasinate me
those are some good thoughts to write about expecialy the one about a tear or the changeing landscapes, cannot wait to see what you come up with as i do enjoy your writtings

The continues remorseless waves, their relentless white cap's spilling over, down into the giant liquid valley; the continues roar of the hydrous movement, lost in this natural fearful drama. The forecastle of the hull reaches the pinnacle of a mighty wave, only then to plunge down, down into the next deep valley;on Dec 3 1:12 PM, 500 words. → 1 comment, Add one?

Did Bo-peep Kill Cock Robin. The journey south had to be undertaken, as much as Guinevere hated the idea she knew there was little option, if he was to stand any chance of future success the risk had to be undertaken, and of course she knew, he would insist on leaving Camelot to undertake the hazardous visit, whaon Nov 30 12:08 PM, In Intertextual exercise. 400 words. → 1 comment, Add one?

I have found myself, particularly recently, writing the first drafts of my poems/sonnets during walks. Taking off with perhaps a single word, then allowing my thoughts to wander sometimes in the opposite direction the word should indicate. Other times I allow myself to be inspired by something, somebody, some condition Nov 22 3:06 PM, In Contemplative, Diary, Humanity, Life, My life, My own personal thoughts, Nature. 400 words. → Make first comment?

Strange occurences that turn lives, sometimes from the mundane to the extraodinary, from the drab to the exciting. Going to see one of the very popular farce's of the 1960s at a London theatre, we had arrived, as was our norm, far to early we sauntered up Charing Cross Road, in them days almost every shop was a secon

Are some lives of greater worth? This question can only really be answered in retrospect, or is that entirely a truism? In our days of organised education, well lets give them the benefit of any doubt, when careers can be more or less mapped out, when it is possible to estimate or quantify a contribution based on hion Nov 18 10:18 AM, In Humanity, Life, My own personal thoughts, Nonfiction. 400 words. → Make first comment?

This morning I walked along Ha Ha Road, towards Charlton Park the sun and clear sky gave spur to my poetic thoughts. I reflected on the wonderful diversity in the human races, I saw children preparing for football matches, oblivious of any differences, just consumed by the challenge of a football game. I wonder how many of the wonderful poets, amongst us, use alternative word sources to add ideas and wisdom to their poetry.I have tried to incorperate some of my philosophy reading, but tended to stick to reading other poetry and literature until recently, when browsing a guide to the Egyptian Collection in the Brition Nov 12 8:16 PM, 100 words. → 1 comment, Add one?
