"so like, i was totally talking to her this morning and she like, came up to me and that bitch like, SLAPPED ME! I was like, "nuh uh honey, you did not just hit me!" and she was like, "yeah uhh, i just did bi-otch!"..."2

I was sitting in the food court today for some lunch, and I overheard this conversation between two girls. It annoys me so much to hear people speak like this. You will not believe how angry I become.4

Anyway.
Here's a little rant about it.5


1. There are other words in the dictionary besides, "like" and "totally" and "omg"...and a few other overworked words i can't think of right now... [dictionary.com HELPS!]6

    So I decided that you and I should become SUPER grammar nazis together. No joke. I mean with, capes and everything. And we'll just wander around behind people correcting their spoken mistakes. And anytime anyone says "totally" "OMG" or "Like" when it's not necessary, we'll just start throwing rocks at them Because I luhs j00 and together we'd make the bestest best grammar Nazis ever

    It's way more funer to speak in emoticons. Maybe you could get 'em pencils 'n' paper 'n' they'd shut up. They could write eachother y little ghetto stories without irritatin' everyone around them . . ! . . epiphany! The sneaky failmasters almost got you with their grimy bait!
