Bullet To The Head....

Just to update what I said yesterday.....I'm still pretty much offline at the moment due to my comp going down and I can only grab a few minutes a day on a friends comp, I thought I would be back online tomorrow, but this looks unlikely at the moment as the people who are repairing my computer are fucking me about.1

My laptop went down to a virus that any software I had was unable to clean, so got the computer taken away for cleaning by a repair company, was supposed to be cleaned and returned next day guranteed. That was last Thursday.2

First excuse was some crap about their scans taking a long time.3

Next day it was that the scans had been done, but the hard drive was running slow (which it wasn't when the computer was given to them) so they had to take it out and test it in another machine.4

Next day couldn't get a reply, eventually got in contact with them and their company mobile phone had went down supposedly.5

Next day it was the power supply keeps cutting out (which was fine when given to them) so that the scans (which they supposedly already done) wouldn't complete. So they are now wanting to charge an extra £35 (around $55) on top of the call out and clean up charge....and it has been this excuse ever since.6

Was supposed to call back at teatime to let me know how things were and again, no call, so again, going to have to go chasing after him on the phone again tomorrow, probably to the same excuse.7

Oh yeah, and as a side note, I did a search quickly on e-bay just there and found the power supply adapter I needed for just £12.8

Anywhoos, I still have no idea when the computer will be fixed, when I will be getting it back and when I will be online....was supposed to be tomorrow, but this is looking unlikely now.9
