On 09/09/09, male, 64 yrs of age, 5 feet 8 inches, brown hair, brown eyes, one testicle, a hernia scar on penis, appendectomy scar, rope burn scar on neck, carnal scar from unknown cause. Weight at death: 150 lbs. 2

This body is remarkable in no circumstance. The mouth has several missing teeth and two collapsed wisdom teeth. There are four, five, six fillings, and signs of several forming cavities and only some plax build-up.3

The arms have a farmer's tan on the left side only. There is little body hair. A dog bite scare is still visible on left palm one inch down and just inside the thumb. A wedding band is present on the hand.4

Cause of death: over exposure.5
