Disney ruined Ponyo.

Back in 08' in Japan, Studio Ghibli and Hayao Miyazaki made a new film entitled "Ponyo, by the cliff, by the sea". I watched it right when it came out and I expected nothing less from the man, it was a great movie.1

Now, a couple of weeks ago Disney took the movie and dubbed it.3

Nao, the dubbing's DECENT at best, Considering they used a people which have never dubbed before. But when I finished watching the dubbed version the theme came up (which it did at the end of the Japanese one) and Immediately I went "Wtf?"4

It is nothing like the way the Japanese one is (Which I assume was composed by Joe Hisaishi just like in other Ghibli films) The original is the typical mellow music you'd expect in a Ghibli film, but the so called "Remixed" version makes you lose the whole feeling for the movie. Not to mention it was sung by Noah Cyrus and Frankie Jonas, who to my knowledge has never recorded a song before that.5

Apparently they realized the singing in the remix sucked and thats why they added all the effect filters to it, hell, they even added a pitch shifter.19

And now, if it couldnt get any worst, Disney's buying Marvel out.20

Im just saying, DONT waste your time and money watching the dubbed version, instead stick to the subbed one.23
