Last night, I spent two hours holding a small phone to my ear. The next day, my arm hurt. I must get more excersise.

yup... I should get a headset. the thing is, the guy I was talking to actually had someone else on hold for two whole hours on his other phone while he was talking to me... guess I should feel guilty. that guy must've been really tired, and bored. =) -
