The rain falls to flowing -

Now I'm sick & I'm tired -
Silence walking on the rain

Why would I be inclined to care? -
Always saying the same things
Only listening half way -
Will it ever start
My mind has built one haze -

Acts of kindness to me -

The old days fade into oblivion with these things that went through my mind -
I once Knew a man
Who always had a great plan -
Say can we honestly recall when we faded?
Seems like our hearts are getting small or so weighted -
I tell myself she is the new one
Maybe so, maybe not -
Maps show where places are so to know where to go.
Maps have keys to tell what it all means. -
I see myself everyday
I look in the mirror -
There's no reason to let this go by

I'm tired of the same things
Nothing changes -
When I'm out on the edge
I'm trying not to fall down -

Beating down your door -
I say I miss you
I say I want to be with you -
Running on the ground
But I'm so uncertain, so uncertain -
I'm just tired of sitting here & doing this
Not knowing everything I miss -
Outside of your world you have flown
Outside & way into the great unknown -
I need an answer but I don't know where to find it
And I need a question that is not thoughtward binding -
I watched you but I never saw a thing
I called you but I never heard it ring -
Is this your elevator trace?
Is this a problem fit to face? -
Is this what I meant
Another way to vent -
You're the only one that's there for me
You're the only one I actually need -
White shadows floating forced like ghosts in my mind
Paint splatters leaving now my memories defined -
Every road that I've been on just seems to prove that I'm not strong
Every place I've ever been & every fate has gone wrong -
Here with you
Is all I want to do -
Do I hear you from where you are
or do I hear you form my heart -
We beat with one heart
The heart of God -
Some people never disappear
Their words stay ringing in your ears
