Looking back on everything I've done
I never thought I'd find the one
To share the dreams that only I had seen
Locked in the deepest part of me

I took a chance to lay it on the line
There was nothing left to hide behind
If you never love then you may never lose
And I hope I'll always be with you
Now I'm screaming

Well, About me. And my poetry. I'm basically a freewrite poet. Occasionally I'll get one that ryhmes in there somewhere. But I've never been very good at it. I'm very emotional about my poetry. I use alot of imagery and such to get my words across. And I am in the midst of alot of changes in my life right now, so my poems are rangeing from many different aspects of life. Love, loss, hope, pain, confusion, self worth, etc.  I don't base my poetry off of just one setting. It's too bland that way. My life isn't based off one setting...so why write that way. I feel greatly for those on here who have become some of the best frineds i've ever had. And their honesty and emotions towards my writes has helped me further my knowledge. I hug them all!!! **blows kisses** I'm just recently getting back into my writing phase after more than fours years of total writers block. And over those four years, I realized that writers block is not so much that you can't think of some thing to write, or that you don't have anything to write about. It's more that your afraid of what will come out of that pen and onto the paper. And my fear has nearly taken my greatest gift away. But i'm getting it back. And I've realized that i've grown up greatly in my poems this past year. So please, don't burn me with rude comments, but be honest. If there's something that i've written that could be better. tell me. I won't get mad at you.That's what being a writer means. There's always room for improvement. The longer the comments and the more heart felt they are the better!!! I like knowing what goes through your mind when you read the poems. So tell me...I'm a book whose learning to show my true colors...
