My name is Katie I'm from a small boring town in Connecticut, and I started writing poetry since maybe last year or so not sure but my friend who is a very talented poet got me into writing, I'm not very good but I'm proud of my work. Also my work is very straight forward it's probably how I felt at the time and just jotted it down I don't edit my poems I write them down when they come to my head and that's how they are so my writings really beginner stuff and kinda rough but I hope you enjoy reading it...

I just wanna add that everyone in the world hurts some more than others but if you hurt from something then it's important, I know sometimes you can feel bad about a little thing and nobody gets why your upset by it but even it seems little to them it is still a problem and they should consider that. Even though some people have worse problems your problems are still problems...

I love all types of music and I love to go out and have a good time with my friends. I love to rebel against society and I have a lot of strong beliefs. I also have a problem with authority that sometimes gets me into trouble...
