I'm a senior at a high school of the arts, majoring in Creative Writing. This year I'll be focusing on Journalism and Fiction, so unless I find some spare time there won't be much poetry posted.
Next year I'll be a freshman at UCF.
I'm not a fan of rhyming poetry, I think it's a cop-out. If you're writing for the rhyme, you may as well use your time elsewhere. Classical poetry with rhyme usually has a reason for it. Find it, it works.
