Also MIL... mum in law (although I really dont like the in law bit) to a lovely lass my 2nd daughter insecure princess
& a very PROUD GRANMA of Avaleigh emelia

Hello fellow Aussies & all you wingeing Poms..... afterall did once long long long ago decent from the motherland...or surrounds. And to all from the rest of our lovely loving planet

Me.... no one is like me or everyone hopes there are no more
Im a mum/ waitress (such a cool job if you love meeting & talking to peoples & you can always have a joke or two)
in a town called Broken HIll Australia.....
where the men (big strong miners) & dogs(blue cattle dogs) are tuff but the women & cats are tuffer........... where kangaroos play on the main street ( no fuzzy cuddly Koalas.... might find a drop bear or two) & The dust clouds envelope us & rain doesnt fall

I love reading & (when I find my muse) writing poetry
.... music all sorts (even techno if in party mode)

I love my part of the country & my country in general, my family & friends & write about them all.
A lil sheila from a dusty mining town far, far, far west NSW.... head to DUBBO & KEEP GOING........ not quite to SA
I also enjoy playing with people's minds and making them think as they are reading.(or conversing with me)
I hope I can paint pictures with my words
Some will be from life & how I see it.... real or imagined..... can you work it out.....

Yes some will be really weird but thats usually due to contests Yem puts out (after too much Moxie)
I am gwandawter to King hugh & his favourites so my poems about boobikus & harem life are to please my king
& since I am an aussie I go in the parlour

I have been through my share of dramas.... few latent/lost loves & heart has been broken more than once....but life goes on & we deal with our pain... I live my life now for me...... then my kids & fam.... then friends.... anyone who wishes to win me must actually listen to my words......... hate liars n decievers and those that try to mess with minds and emotions...... oh & I am completly tactless when saying what I think........... that outback female thingy.....

I am finally back on net....... So watch out here I come... this could be really scary....
I write spasmodically, for months on and then not for years but usually to get my feelings and thoughts out. Its not easy being a Gemini.....but it is fun! & if you have come this far maybe you will read more than a poem or two.... good ones are never the last

The Unicorn

A unicorn stands alone,
No one knows how she feels
What her hopes and dreams are
She is majestic, unreal
A beautiful fantasy
Something so many wish to possess
She will never fade away
Always in our dreams of hope and love
She is inside all of us
She is our strength
Our determination
We can stand alone in this world
She represents the beauty in us
Our compassion, our love
Our need to dream
She is a woman
Beautiful, caring, supportive
A fantasy in reality to be cherished
To be loved and admired
