my name is christie. i like books, nature, poetry, tea, late night conversations, mediaeval and pre-raphaelite art, languages (especially spanish and welsh), graveyards, mediaeval history, acting, my friends, making up stories about the dead people i visit, wandering aimlessly, staying up late for no reason whatsoever, hugs, long car rides, and collecting things made with green glass. i'm 18 and am at university; i'm currently halfway through my course in creative writing and spanish. allpoetry is a bit of an addiction, needless to say.
i will be a rare sight on here for the next few weeks, because
01) i'm taking 6 modules, 4 of them in writing and literature
02) i'm also writing a thesis on shakespeare's tragedies - for fun
03) i have more of a social life this semester on top of all that
but i'll still be around, just not as available to give long critiques or to message people constantly.
