-Hello, I'm Mary, I'm 23 and originally from Athens, Alabama, but I'm temporarily living in Colorado Springs, Colorado at Fort Carson, where my husband is stationed.
-i write confessional poetry and i purposely manipulate punctuation and capitalization to fit the feel of the poem i've written. So if you're a stickler for rhyme, perfect grammar and capitilization, I suggest you look somewhere else. haha.
-I write best when I'm depressed...it's my "muse," so-to-speak...So don't get pissy that I seem so unhappy in my poetry because...it's not REALLY who I am anymore.
-I'm also interested in the psychology of suicide, death. gempcode....morbidity in general. For some reason, 90% of my "idols" have died by their own hand, whether intentionally or not, and this comes through in my poetry.
****DISCLAIMER: I HAVE A DIRTY MOUTH...let me just throw that out there. PLEASE don't tell me that it takes away from my poetry if I say fuck once or twice, or even ten times. I CUSS, AND I CUSS A LOT! So passers-by be warned.
