The acronym itself speaks for the reason this Group was formed.  

I started this Group but it is not mine. From this point on it is a WE GROUP...

WE expect that the WOMEN who join this Group can, and will ALL take the lead at one time or another.

WE expect that because WOMEN have similar issues, WE will be there to support one another come what may.

WE expect that the WOMEN of this Group will stand by one another even in disagreement.

WE expect that when a member is absent for any length of time, WE will seek them out via telephone, email, other friends... to ensure that they are safe and healthy.

WE expect that all troubles will be brought forth so that the entire Group can honestly be as supportive as possible whether the times are good or bad.

WE expect that the WOMEN in this Group will also be supportive of each others writings on this site.

WE expect to use the Group IM's as a source of communications.

WE expect to share a level of respect and consideration that will set an example for WOMEN's Groups on the Internet and in the social/civic arena.

WE expect no demands to be set on anyone.  

WE know thatt time outside the Group may be necessary at times.

WE accept, and respect the time spent away.

WE know how difficult life can be on ocassion, and still appreciate each other.

WE understand that these WE's are not ground in stone and may be altered once the Group is formed to capacity.

WE will implement a Board of Trustees consisting of the first twelve members that join.

WE reserve the right to accept or deny any application.

WE reserve the right to eliminate from the Group anyone the Board deems inconsistent with the WE's of our Group.

These WE's are open for discussion once the Group Board is intact, and may be altered to suit our discretion.


Please note because poetryality began the group she will decide who the first 12 members are by this process;

You must have been a member on this site for at least six (6) months.

You must be 18 and older

You must be female

You must realize thatt we will only focus on the needs of the WOMEN in this Group, and the support of those WOMEN and the betterment of AllPoetry.
