LET THE HEALING START HERE

This is a group for those of us that have been abused in some way, whether it be from a husband, a father, mother etcetera..... doesn't matter. Here you can come and talk, read and generally find a listening ear, doesn't matter about your age, your gender anything, I don't even want to know if you had become an abuser yourself because of it, I only want to hear from you if you want to....... A sort of self help group...............

Hand of Friendship by sanity

Within those folds of sadness as your heart fears the light,

Remember who you are and know that you will be alright

You will come out of this a better person now I'm sure

But you have to help yourself and listen even more.



The memory of your pain will never go away

Just look at all the good times, and live now for today

Tomorrow is a day that will never come around

So heave that heavy sigh, one that is profound.

There's no-one can make you do this, you only need the will

Let me take you by the hand, and save your drowning soul
