Those That Write From Experience

Experience? What a beautiful word that can be used to describe many aspects of life. Including love, money, mistakes, sex and of course life itself.

But what do I mean when I say those that write from experience? Well, think of it this way. I have gone through a tough time with relationship. Whether it be some types of abuse i've been through, being used and having to let go. If I write about what happened and how I overcame it, then that is writing from experience.

So this group is for those that want to share there experiences through lyrics, stories, poems, prose... Whatever. Any genre and any length. We will not judge you on your past (well I wont anyway!) and we will help you move on if you are struggling to do so. Sometimes the past isn't easy to sweep into the duspan. So write about it. Let it out so all can see... Then close that chapter and open a new one.

You were in an abusive relationship but ran away? Inspire all those woman out there in that situation now or who are still wallowing in the heartbreak of having to leave their partner.

You have gone through surgery/pregnancy and it's changed your ways for the better... Tell us, we want to hear!

Although I will gladly have religious/spiritual content in here I don't want anything forcing a belief onto someone else. No "All who don't believe in God are going to hell" that isn't fair even if you believe it!

Post the writings you want to be critiqued/looked at/analysed by link and we can all look at what you've got. This isn't so much about how good of a poet you are generally, just how good you express the thing that happened to you alone. I will also try and check out peoples works anyway in the group every once and a while and feel free to do this with the rest of the group.
