VampRPG. In seventeenth century England, there is a different dimension hideout which vampires flee to. Here there is no day, no humans - no blood. Can vampires survive without human blood, or can they be unable to resist venturing away from safety in their hunger?
Vampires of this age can only die by two elements - fire or ice. They either have to be burned at an intense heat, which around no human would have been able to survive in a matter of seconds - or they have to be frozen. Humans have not picked up on this, obviously: but the idea of the stake was a fabulous invention.
Since humans began hunting vampires, they have been unable to simply bite them and get away with it. Humans ceased venturing out at ngiht, and whilst the who vampire-burning-in-daytime thing was a myth, they grow deformed and abnormal if exposed to sunlight. Henceforth, the vampires began to starve.
A noble vampire of the Hertigan-Warlock race, James Fallows, created a portal to a terrible dimension, but a safe one. No daylight - but no humans.
Vampires have had to hide there for thirty years now.
How have they lived?
