Juzius and all it's clans will be supporting these Rules 100%. Anyone who does not abide by these rules will be dealt with accordingly. Keep in mind these are rules for the game and not rules for the kingdom.

Unless of course the race is somehow sent by gods and under protection of gods and stuff. You DO realize that it contradicts the third rule, correct?
And an interesting point was brought up after a conversation with a friend. "What about mixing races?"
Well. As long as it's a reasonable amount, usually around the number 2, it's cool.
Ah, but wait, there's more. Mixing races doesn't mean you get ALL the power from BOTH races.
An extreme example: two characters. One a purebred lycan, the other already mixed between a cat and a pixie. They elope, punch out a kid, and boom: lycan/pixie/feline mix. AND the parents are super cooly powered? Neat, eh?
THINK! Take a pizza pie and cut it in half. Now cut only one half into half again. How many pieces are left behind? Three. BUT! Are they all the same size? NO. It's 50% (or 1/2) lycan, 25% (1/4) pixie, 25% (1/4) feline. How the FUCK (yes, i'm not gonna put myself above you and clean my mouth) can the offspring get ALL the powers from all three sides? So, in essence, pick and choose the few powers that the character shall get, duh. And that goes to any other new charas as well.
Now. We all know, and are extremely aware of, the fact that some races are just NOT meant to be together. Like holy and unholy, or the classic vamp and lycan.
Let me give you an example. Perhaps the least instructive but understandable one yet: a lighter and body spray. Both containing chemicals that when mixed together, are explosive even. And what the hell are we? Chemical after chemical thrown together. I mean, I'm fairly sure that the atoms that make up a red blood cell have names. Anyways, moving on. If you take a lighter and you hold it in front of the body spray, let the flame jump up, and push the cap of the spray... yeah, we all know what happens, nice giant jet of flame, hopefully no one else gets burned. But what's left behind of the original spray? Nothing. The original fuel in the lighter? Nothing. It all burned up. Destroyed. Destroyed! Blown to smithereens! NOTHING!
Does everyone now understand why some things just shouldn't mix?
And expanding on the vamp/lycan situation, is a buddy, whom I took the time to reason over WHY they shouldn't mix.
He said: "because the bloodlines conflict too apperhensively, and if we do that then everyone will want to be a hybrid...soo....they can only be one if a) Drifting (the only mix between the two races that is active in the RP) bites them, they are already a hybrid (before starting out in the rp), or c) they are a direct descendant of Drifting."
And this is how I understood that regulation, and hopefully you'll see it the same way: "ah. so you mean to avoid having purebreds from either side deciding that they wanna be in the middle and crap out."
4) NO GODS/GODMODDING, DAMMIT.
---Anyone caught doing so will get ONE warning, sweetie, and if we see it again, you're OUT. If you don't know what godmodding is, please ASK someone, I really don't like having to discipline.
5) NO cybering WHATSOEVER. I don't want my group deleted because a bunch of hormone crazed brats couldn't wait for the real thing so they fondled theirselves while typing on a keyboard. Take it somewhere else damnit. Any violators WILL BE exempted from ALL groups and reported to the mods.
6) THE DEATH AND RESURRECTION SHOW
As far as dying goes, if your heart stops beating, you're dead. If you've been drained of blood (in the case of undead, like vampires), you're comatose, which counts as dead, especially if someone burns your body (while comatose, it's possible to be pumped full of blood again... at the cost of another's life, so either way someone dies).
Well, what happens when you die? Anyone wonder about Tartarus? When a charrie dies and the soul has not been trapped by any means, the "soul" goes to Tartarus. This means that while the charrie awaits a resurrection, the person can role-play with the charas soul in Tartarus and ONLY Tartarus. The soul CANNOT leave unless it is resurrected by someone other than itself (duh). Yeah, that means NO SELF-RES. Please, really. If your soul has been ripped from your body, it can no longer pull any kind of physical strings, regardless of human folklore. It cannot create another body for you, ok? Just make your way to Tartarus and enjoy your stay. On your way in, make sure you sign the Entrance Sheet with your name and Date Of Death, and sign back out on the Exit Sheet with your name and Date Of Resurrection.
The living can go visit the dead in Tartarus. However, the living can't do anything to the dead, and the dead cannot do anything to the living... just chit-chat and exchange wisdom.
The dead cannot leave Tartarus and roam around as souls. So yeah, you're not getting any smarter unless someone comes to visit you. The dead can interact with each other, but ramming ghostly knives and stuff through each other isn't going to get anyone anywhere.
And the epic question now arises: Who do we go to for res?
Well, you've got two options, two ways to go, each with it's advantages and disadvantages.
FIRST OPTION: Prognatus Letum Maryianov. Angel of Death, and in this case, taking care of the darker side of rezing. To get your loved one back whole, come here. Of course, beggars can't be choosers. So the person coming back will have one less power, and it's up to Letum to decide which one. And, uh, a whole lot of energy is used... so don't be surprised to find yourself and the resurrected flat out collapsing, because there is no way in hell he's going to use up his time and energy for you benevolently.
SECOND OPTION: Evonya L'Aurore. Young Priestess, and taking care of the better side of rezing. So what she'll bring back the poor sucker with all memories and bones intact? And at no price, either? Nice deal, right? Well, it's a good deal if you don't mind coming back powerless and starting from scratch on the power and skill scale.

"But hey, wait a second. What if it's in my charrie's nature to be reborn, like a phoenix or something? Or like, ooh! My charrie knows how to start a technique that saves their body and soul after death? Huh, HUH?!"

10) EVERYTHING'S MAGIC
...if you want to look at it that way. Truths being told, the universe is being allowed to run the way its supposed to. Things balance themselves out, and no one person IS, or ever WILL BE, allowed to rule over one element. If you specialize yourself in it, you can grow to kick butt with it, but if someone else does the same thing, you've met your match.
And no one person can grow and specialize themselves in everything. Maybe one or two things that hold a logical relation to each other, or that you may have learned completely separate... but never master of everything. Why, you ask? If your child had a heart disease and you had the choice of which doctor to take them to, which one would it be: a general doctor that has studied everything or a cardiologist whose specialty is the very organ that keeps you alive? And why the cardiologist? Because even though the general doctor has studied a great many subjects and areas of medicine, his knowlegde about cardiology in particular isn't as much or strong as someone who has dedicated all their time to studying cardiology alone. And that is something that can't be influenced by age. You start spreading your power out over different things, and it weakens, becomes a little more blunt than usual.
11) TRY HONESTY
Those of us that like peace and quiet, and want to just chill, play cards, fly a kite... it's respected.
But, keep in mind that there are characters here that have clearly specified their standings as "evil". Understand: if it's how the character was made, it is how it is. It's like expecting ice cream to drop into hell and not melt. So if an EVIL character is being EVIL, geez, don't flame the person behind the screen for creating an evil character. Same goes for any other wacked alignments, ok?
12) SOUNDS OF ANIMALS FIGHTING
Oooh, what happens in a "formal fight" around here now? Lies, cheats, deceit. If it's not godmodding, by all means. You can team up to hunt someone down. Heh, especially if they have a bounty on their pretty head from any of the rulers in the kingdoms/lands involved in this.
Bounties??? Yes, you heard it. A bounty for anyone who has insistently broken the rules time and time again to the point where it disturbs a great many people. Public humilitation before the boot? Yes, I believe so.
13) BE SENSIBLE.
---If you're new, you cannot have all this power. Yes, the origins of the character do have an influence, but unless you prove something to us using brains as well, you're just talking smack.
14) WHATEVER HAPPENS OUTSIDE OF CHARACTER (OOC) SHOULD STAY ISOLATED FROM WHAT HAPPENS IN CHARACTER (IC), AND VICE-VERSA.
---If something happens ooc, it shouldn't affect your character, just as if something happens ic, it shouldn't affect ooc. Like, even if someone kills your chara, you have no reason to not at least get along with the person ooc. Honor the line.
15) NO PROPAGANDA.
---Yep, you heard me. Telling truths, it's cool if you have your own group and all, but unless you're just sharing a horridly funny youtube vid or pic (and even that should be kept to a minimum), it's advised that you just pm the people you want in your group. Cuz, you know, it's annoying to see a commercial in the middle of your favorite shows.
