I decided after a lot of consideration to start a group for Mothers and Fathers who have lost children, or babies, even a miscarriage. The sole purpose is to give each other support around the death/birth date and grieve freely to each other. I know at times, I feel I can't cope and wish I had someone to talk to that can understand my pain. This is why I am creating this group.
As I get more members, I will take into consideration of having group officers to help me out when I can't be here. Also, if you have family members who have lost a child and wish to be a part of this group to help learn how to give them support, your welcome to do so. This is in Memory of my firstborn son Caleb Michael Shockey, March 30th 1999-March 30th 1999. Come, Let's support and grieve together.
