about making changes in their lives.  I won't play games.

The following rules WILL be known up front:

1.) NO Drama.  If you are prone to being EMO, or overly

dramatic then perhaps you may want to find another group.

2.)  NO Backstabbing.  If you join this group then you will be

expected to  keep any and all confidences of each and

every individual you come into contact with.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you have a problem with gossip or "sharing" things,

then keep looking for another group.

3.)  JOURNALING.  You MUST be willing to keep a journal.  Easy enough.
