This group is for those who are improving their diet and/or increasing their exercise to achieve better health, fitness and weight loss, and would like support in their effort.
For some this may mean modest weight loss, for others, maintaining their weight. No single food plan will be recommended; each member can find what works best for them. We can share tips, milestones, successes and failures without judgment.
Weigh loss and maintainence is a marathon, not a sprint.
We will cheer each other on and provide encouragement so we don't have to "run" alone. This is a life long commitment to ourselves. Many of us have been on the weight loss/gain roller coaster for far too long.
