This club was suppose to be up and running in 2006. Better late than never. The only way to even get into the club is to have participated in a Rain Girl contest of some sorts (and the entry must remain in that contest or club membership will be revoked). I periodically host Rain Girl contests. If you have missed an opportunity, one will eventually roll back around.
