This would resemble a view for someone standing somewhere about 15-20 stories off the ground floor, with the Industrial Sector several blocks away. The blue orb, way out of sight here, is the only source of naturalistic light, though the Metro, being a well-developed city, does have street lights and other such means of lighting.

WHATEVER HAPPENS OUTSIDE OF CHARACTER (OOC) SHOULD STAY ISOLATED FROM WHAT HAPPENS IN CHARACTER (IC), AND VICE-VERSA.
---If something happens ooc, it shouldn't affect your character, just as if something happens ic, it shouldn't affect ooc. Like, even if someone kills your chara, you have no reason to not at least get along with the person ooc. Honor the line.

NO PROPAGANDA.
---Yep, you heard me. Telling truths, it's cool if you have your own group and all, but unless you're just sharing a horridly funny youtube vid or pic (and even that should be kept to a minimum), it's advised that you just pm the people you want in your group. Cuz, you know, it's annoying to see a commercial in the middle of your favorite shows.
