Just so we're clear, there will be absolutely promoting tollerated in the group IMs.
The golden rule of this is absolutely no personal attacks will be tolerated. You may argue, but be mature. Anything talked about in the group, stays in the group. If I get IMs from users saying they have been contacted about something regarding anything said in this group, you will be in trouble.
