Before the universe came to be...
There existed a single, solitary globe.
At its span, two powers formed within.
One a light goddess,
The other a god of dark.
Together they created all we know today.
Apart, they destroyed everything that could have been.
In light, Human, Kamael, and Light Elf were born.
In darkness, Dwarf, Orc, and Dark Elf came to be.
... For a short time, all lived in harmony.
But all good things must come to an end...
As the power between each kingdom grew
Tensions reached breaking point.
A thirst for power gave way to a desire to rule
And the most powerful races turned on one another.
Gripped by fear, incited by greed,
A Great War erupted throughout the land.
Everything the gods had created
Was all but decimated.
Now just three kingdoms thrive...
With fortified battlements, and armies stationed.
Each is well protected, danger contained.
Outside those walls, however,

Solo fighters, entire clans and immense Alliances

An almighty fortress the Castle Lord keeps
