'Aerie' is defined as a nest, particularly that of an eagle or hawk. This is a place of welcome, and respect-- nobody, however new or inexperienced, is to be refused. Members will treat one another as equals, teaching and learning as they work together. As a close-knit group, we defend our own and offer honest opinions and advice.
