On Poetry:
I write poetry mostly to vent, to survive. I'm not really as depressed as I tend to seem. It's because I don't think to write when I don't have a problem. Poetry is a vital mechanism for my continued existence in this unpredictable world.
On My Love:
I love heat and humidity. I love flowers and colors. I love chocolate. I think that I might be in love, though I never believed it until Cuadrado walked into my life. Then that I'm not, that I'm just playing along because I'd hate to break his heart. But I'm just a teenager, I'm supposed to be in a constant state of confusion.
On My Family:
Grrr. We're going through a hard time right now, and the thing that gets me is that I can't tell anyone. We're not supposed to tell. We live in a world of shadows and secrets. It gets tedious, being able to tell my problems only to their sources, but this is life.
