Hello there! The name is Lonnie. I am a young married woman who has a lot of things going on in my life at the moment. Most of my poems are based off of how I am feeling at the moment, real life experiences or off of really great contest prompts from all of you guys.

As you read my poems you will see I favor rhyming a lot more than freeverse. so keep that in mind when I create my own contests.

I am very opinionated and when someone tells me something I dont agree with, I will respond back with fire. If I write a particular poem and its about something that has happened to me, I expect people NOT to tell me that it needs more imagerary or some other lame ass shit. I have probably written it a certain way for a reason or in a certain style. If you dont like it or its not good enough for you, then thats your problem.

Sometimes in life theres a certain subject that one can only get so creative with, especially when its something diffcult to talk about to begin with. If you have any questions about what I have written you are more than welcome to messaged me. If you want me to comment on your poems just tell me so and I will do it.
