UncleSpace on September 7, 2003Thanx for your nice comment, and congratulations on your first Haiku. One reason I like them is because in some ways they are easier than regular poems and lyrics, for me anyway. Where they are harder though, is in the editing, wrestling with the words to get the syllables right with the best possible meaning coming out, or strongest image that I'm trying to get across. I wrote my first one towards the end of May. I investigated the rules and peoples' interpretations of the rules, and then went at it.
I suggest to you again that you read my "Haiku You Too", and all the comments, and follow the links I left in the comments also.

I don't want to edit "Yoko" for you, you'll appreciate it more if you do it yourself, and also, I'm sure there are a few good versions that can be created. The answer is there. You'll do it.
