The latest revolution in my poetry style brought about a remarkable, stark and, occasionally, good change. I have started writing with a little bit more maturity after 2 years of silence and meditation. I have finally realised that, atleast for me, rhyme and rhythm are not more important than a theme (though they can often be 'as' important, so as to bring out the real beauty of a creation).
Nevertheless, I have finally started using the basic tools required to create pieces i am personally proud of: imagination, awareness, inspiration, maturity, and (above all) my toilet seat! Yes, I feel honoured to pronounce that my personal favourite (A Conversation Ere The End) had been formulated while in deep thought and wonder sitting on the respected throne.
Anyway, I've taken to writing poems that I feel I can express well, though mostly I still look for starts with titles that sound cool and promise surprise and awe for the reader.
I shall continue writing as long as I can find something important enough to be conveyed to my fellow human beings and try not to trash AllPoetry with, what the email world calls, JUNK MAIL!
I hope I'll be successful in acheiving my goal; wish me luck!

Elrenia on December 28, 2005I decided to check out your author's page. I did read a couple of your poems and noticed that your English is very good. You do have a certain eloquence. However, it should spill over into your comments. The care and attention you pay to your poetry and on this page show a much different person than do your comments. That person should shine through.
Well wishes with your writing.
