Hi,
I would describe myself as a young 49 - married with two children, a girl aged 20 and a boy aged 15.
I write children's poems, some concrete, mainly humorous, although I do do the occasional more thoughtful one. They are published in all sorts of children's anthologies in the U.K. I like writing about animals most.
I also do commissioned works and have a series of poems for the enclosures in a zoo here in the U.K.
I enjoy reading, writing poetry of course, having fun with my children trying to help them attain an enjoyable but worthwhile existence, drawing, going to the theatre, being with my friends, eating chocolate and laughing.
It takes less time to learn how to write nobly
than how to write lightly and straightforwardly.

Fairy Nutty Buddy : HELLO! on August 3, 2007Stopping in to say hello! Been busy, busy, moving, my daughter graduating, had surgery (a lump that was just scar tissue in subcutaneous area - YAY!), finally settling in and getting back to AP a bit. I hope all is going well with your "project" and you aren't going too crazy with all the work you have to do.
