Well for the most part, I don't have a lot of drama in my life, so most of my poems either aren't true or are about someone else. I know in a way that makes them less sincere, but i love to write and if I only wrote about myself my poems would be BORING!! I hate poems about self mutilation cutting suicide, stuff like that. I'm so tired of hearing about it, seriously, I respect people totally for what they're going through, I just don't like hearing about it right and left. Most of my poems are about relationships or my friends. Other then that I think my writing pretty much speaks for itself.

tootsvegan on September 24, 2005I love your thing at the top of this, just had to say that, I came from the group thing to look at your poems, but amen, I'm sick and bloody tired of hearing about cutting, suicide and how awful the world is. Thank you for saying this, it was driving me crazy, but in the interest of not getting thousands of hate letters, I haven't say anything yet. I agree wholeheartedly that it is tough, some things people go through, but I don't want to hear about it anymore. Two thumbs up!

babblinbrooke on September 15, 2005I agree, the cutting thing is getting a little over bearing. When I cut it wasn't a social thing. now i talk about it, but that is only to relate to others. I am not proud of it. I am not going to prance around with my scars highleghted in pen just to see people give me pitying glances. sorry I just have been bottling that up lately. I think the only real cutters are the ones who do it in secret. that solves all our problems as we wouldn't have to hear about it!
