I am a 26 year old married mother of 2 young boys. 7 and 5 1/2 years of age....my love, my laughter, my joys, my stress, my children....ahhhhh.
Anyways, my husband and I live in Central California for now. I am a published author of a few poems and 2 short stories. I try to write when I can, but mostly it is just stuff off the top of my head as I am posting it to this site...crazy huh? I haven't been on here in a very long time, hope to try to visit more often.
There is not a whole lot to me. I am just me. I have been disabled for 2yrs now all because I had weight loss surgery Nov. '04. I am battling a very painful disease in which I am constantly having surgery after surgery for at Stanford University. (15 in the past 2yrs and still counting) I am taking a high dose of morphine, vicodin, tylenol with codiene and ultram (yes all together) so it is very hard to concentrate long enough to write a poem, so I am MIA often from this site, but I still love poetry, and those who write it.
As for my writings...I have an extremely dark side, yet I have a knack for writing serene visually appealing poetry as well. So ya never know what you are going to get. Most of my poems on here are from a long time ago, but hope to be able to write a new one soon, if medically willing. Well enough about me, read the work, and enjoy the poetry of many others on this site, for everybody has talent in one way or another.
