I am a 32 yr old female living in the lovely town of Mukilteo, WA. I have been expressing myself through writing since I was a little girl. I was an extremely shy child (almost mute). So writing and books have literally saved my life. I work as a corporate operator for a large health insurance company (and in between calls I enjoy visting AP :-) )...I have been a member since March of 2007 and have enjoyed meeting all you lovely poets. So encouraging and inspiring!
I get lot's of inspiration from the lyrics of Tori Amos songs. I also draw inspiration from my struggle with shyness and depression, and also many of my poems are about my family.
I mainly write free form poetry...start out with a line that floats into my head and go from there. :-)
