Captive

Devil..a devilish beautiful man you are

A storm within, you brew and toil

Those intense eyes

No longer dare to meet mine

Across the room, you shy

When once you held my eyes

Has my spell finally sunk in?

Have you now just begun to digest it?

The meat of the moment is passed

but the way you don't look at me tells me

I'm to relive a past-that never was

Thank you Sedasia, for allowing me to put this on my page. Like I said before, your poems have really been speaking to me as of late, and I am enjoying the tremendous words coming from you. I'm so glad that we met on here.

Has Troy stolen hearts?

only hearts that cannot resist

the temptations of such romance

He seeks his "Helen"

a woman of virtue and swollen sweet sexuality

a voluptuous lover

built by the threads of longevity

a maiden with the strength to surrender

and keeps his attentions forever

a soft soul, made of steel

meant to be his

after demanding his reel

for he prides himself upon his woo

his ribbons upon armor

his protectiveness, his pursuit

yet she must come to him unspoken for

let there be no heart left to steal

but his, stolen forevermore.
