Hey, I'm Zoey. I'm 17 years old and have been writing poetry since I was 10 years old. I live in the UK, England and I am currently working.
I like to write stories so I have taken up time to write my own auto biography. It isn't yet finished but the chapters I have finished so far I have posted on a site.
I write mostly in a rhyming form as I prefer it and find it flows much nicer.
I have a main hobbie of horse riding and I have been riding since I was 7 years old. Horse riding isn't just a hobbie, it's a passion. If you don't feel the passion for it then it's not a hobbie. I like the feel of wind through my hair and the adrenaline when show jumping. I like the partnership you form with the horse that allows you to ride upon his back and how trust is a key feature to sucess.
A Horse's Wish
Could you bed me down
With kindness,
On the soft sweet words
Of love….
Could you ride me in
Mans finest,
With hands light as
A dove…
Could you teach me with
Old wisdom,
By the laws of just
And fair…
Could you be my friend
Forever,
With a trust so true
And rare…
Could you meet me on
The morrow,
With the grasses green
And sweet…
Could you free me with
Out sorrow,
On the plains of loam
And wheat…
Could you say farewell
With honour,
On the day my life
Is through…
And remember me
Forever,
As I shall remember
You.
-----------
I'm caring by nature and by choice.
I give advice to all who want it about all types of life situations and get good feedback each time.
My friends and family always come before me and I have lived by that moto for as long as I can remember.
I write poetry from the heart and they are always about TRUE real life happenings or people.
Any constructive critism would be appreciated.
