I'm a student doing a lot of poetry in school, my major work is in poetry and at the moment my studies have lead me to the haiku tradition, the american (kerouac) spin on haiku and senryu and imagist poetry especially Ezra Pound. I try to use as little 'poetic trickery' and play it simple.
I do writing often while I'm moving and travelling .. and I love a good piece of assonance.
