I notice some of my poetry came here from poetry.com also which is ok with me. They have put it in their books and I hope with all I have written I can at least share with the world the things I do best. I have nearly 2000 poems here and there all over the net.I am very proud of the 10 editors awards I have received from them so far since 2002. I show them to all my family and friends because I have at least acomplished something to share with the world and hope to continue doing so. I hope you all comment on my writings and let me know if I do anything wrong, and I can take criticism well, so tell me the truth . I read others poetry to get inspiration and I know good poetry when I read it, and comment true to what I read if I like it. So don't be afraid to tell me what you think, and I welcome all your comments and I know you are all fair, so I will leave it at that, lol. this is one of my passions besides photography and the one I love most in my life. Thank You

Our nation Torn
In God we trust will always be, in this nation it is found
God will win the victory when everything is through -
What his people can do
The world has got to straighten out
Because soon the time will be coming -
I cry a lot these days gone by
And fight back the falling tears
