My poetry is based on personal experiences or inspirations of the heart. I write what I may not be able to speak, as I am a bit timid. I am a simple poet, not extravagant, just a pure heart and a love of poetry
Over the past few years I have found that life is short and look for the beauty in the simple things in life. My poetry allows me to explore beauty and darkness, life and death in a artistic light. It is my healing and more often than not, my sanity.
This site and its fellow poets have been very kind to me, to all of you I say,"Thank You and I love you" for you have given me a voice and have helped me to grow. I will return all reviews, as it is a courtesy and deserved, and much my honor. It may take me some time to get to them as I am not here nearly as often as I once was, due to unforseen circumstances in health and life. I do promise that when I am here I will return as many as I can. Just be patient.
Since joining this site I have been blessed to read the work of some wonderful poets. I am even more blessed to be able to call them friends. Thank you so much for being there for me. If it were not for some of you, I think I might have lost my mind... Oh wait, that implys I have one. Ha Ha. Please stop by and say hello and read their work. You won't be disappointed. The poet and the angel
Would you take a moment in time, to set your spirit free?
just to sit and listen and share your thoughts with me
I will listen to you gladly and help you if I can
neither will I judge you I am here to understand
What your going through, I will not say that I`ve been there
but my heart is always with you and I will always care
For the poet and the angel there are no ties to bind their love
but respect and admiration are their gifts from up above
They give freely to each other just what the other needs
and the devotion shared between them is defined in their deeds
To always love each other no matter come what may
to be a part of each other in their own special way
And this the vow between them forever they would keep
never to be broken or forever their hearts would weep
Dancing on forever with the moonlight shining bright
I send my love to you my angel to help you through the night
For even in this distance I can still feel you here
and my heart will be your tissue to dry away your tears
And the poet and the angel will make the dream come true
for they always have each other to share their words with you

Hello everyone I just wanted to update you on Dave (Grey Mousers) status. Yesterday, Wednesday August 5th, Dave underwent removal of a gallstone that was lodged in the bile duct. Spoke with him and he went through it well and was feeling somewhat better.

Pisces Pieces : ♥ Happy Valentine's Day! ♥ on February 14Holy Crap, I haven't left a message on your guest book for over a year! Sad

Well, we've had our private conversations
Anyway, hope things are going well! I don't have time to be on here, even though I REALLY want to make time because I really want to write. So hopefully soon I can squeeze it in
Plus reading too
I miss reading poems...
Hopefully I can try to get an email out to you soon!

Pisces Pieces on January 26, 2008I just stopped by to say HI! I sure do miss you and talking to you
Hopefully I can come back later today (we'll see if I can get my homework done) and read some of your poems! I am so far behind, I'm sorry
My mom is in the hospital again (seems to be something with the start of my new semesters, so I guess it's a good thing this is my last one for awhile)...but it's getting scarier and scarier everytime, I don't really know how to act or what to think because I really don't want to think of the inevitable. Other than that, things carry on as usual...except for my secrets inside
(wait, those pretty much carry on as usual too, dammit anyway).
Anyway, how are things? And the children? But especially you??!
Okay, enough rambling for a little while. Maybe I should try to write something later too
(I just noticed, while browsing your homepage, I can't believe you have over 400 poems!!)
Lotsa
and
and ♥
~Michele
