my name is james and i like writing poetry because it is a way for me to express my feelings without bugging or hurting someone.i am very short for my age. i think it is in my genes or something.i like to play around, especially with little kids. they remind me of when i was still their age. i strive to be my best at everything i do, and i try to get along with everyone. i think that is also in my genes. i have a job, and i like it alot.my girlfriend is the best in the world and she is a blessing from the Lord. i ride my bike everywhere i go since i have no driver's license or car. i do alot of things with my church youth group, which happens to be the second best group in my life(the first being my friends and family) i like art. i think art and poetry go hand and hand. A picture is worth a 1000 words and a nice vivid poem paints a picture in your head. i am training in martial arts. at this moment i am a green belt hoping to become a purple belt soon. for those that dont know the order of belts is as followed: white, yellow, orange, green, purple, blue, brown and black. there are different levels of some of the belts but i cant remember their name.sorry! i attend woodrow wilson and Army ROTC. At the moment i am a Staff Sergent. for those who are wondering, no i was not planning on going into the military. but i have now decided to go into the Army Reserves. but i only joined ROTC because of the challenge.thats all. unlike other people i will not quit because it is too hard or it gets boring. im in it to finish it. i dont have many special features about me except my will to do better and the fact that i know how to flip. i have been flipping since elementary school. i used to go hang around the big kids who would flip out of each others hand or if we were lucky we would find a mattress that someone would throw out.(i say lucky because, whilie flipping, u want to land on the softest thing possible.) but then when we moved(which i did a lot of since my sister was in the military at the time) and i thought that no one would know how to flip there but luckily i found two people who taught me how to flip off of things like benches, slides, the bar at the top of the swing set. and that is all there is to me except for the fact that i think i try to hard when i know the results wont change. if thats the case, maybe i should start giving up early, it should save me alot of breath and pain.what do u think?
