Who would think
Little old me
Would write 606 poems
Wow, this is my new start
This is my miracle
Come to life
Some take so many things for granted
When you lose the gift
That makes you
Who you really are
Then you truly see the light
I am not gifted as some
Thats fine with me
I sure fool those doctors
Who told me it could not be done
I am walking proof
The brain can relearn
Even in the a severe case
It took years of tears
Some day it be worth
All the work
I pray this is the case

Lord, let me not take it for granted again

This was a hard lesson learned

Laugh, and the world laughs with you;
Weep, and you weep alone;
For the sad old earth must borrow its mirth,
But has troubler enough of its own.
Sing, and the hills will answer;
Sigh, it is lost on the air;
The echoes bound to a joyful sound,
But shrink from voicing care.
Rejoice, and men will seek you;
Grieve, and they turn and go;
The want full measure of all your pleasure,
But they do not need your woe.
Be glad, and your freinds are many;
Be sad, and you lose them them all--
Thre are none to decline your nectared wine,
But alone you must drink life's gall.
.
Feast, and your halls are crowded;
Fast, and the world goes by.
Suceed and give, and it helps you live;
But no man can help you die.
There is room in the halls of pleasure
For a large and lordly train,
But one by one we must all file on
Through the narrow aisles of pain

For my grandmother

                        her favorite song ( In memory)
Amazing Grace

Amazing grace, how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretc h like me!
I once was lost, but now am found,
Was blind, bu t now I see.

Twas grace that taught my heart to fear,
And gra ce my fears relieved;
How pre cious did that grace appear
The hour I first beleived!

Throu gh many dangers, toils and snare s .
I have already come;
T is grace has grought me safe thus far,
And grace will lead me home.

The Lord has promised good t o me,
His word my hope secur es ;

He will my shield and po rtion be
As long as life end ures .

When we've been there te n thousand years,
Bright shining a s the sun,
We've no less days t o sing God's praise
Than when we first begun

After reading your page I am thankful again! I too have had some great

              losses in my life and my heart is still in healing!
(So on to the gift!)

A sword to use for the cause of right
To wield and wage for the One of Light
May your writing serve and also protect
For creativity my dear - never neglect!

  Do not merely look out for you own personal,

                                              but also for the interests of others

Somedays oh Lord thinking on you is so hard
I, me and myself get in the way of loving you
Lord it says you love me in spite of my failures
How do I find you
Waiting can be so hard
I am nothing but dust
Lord help me to change my life
To have faith in the future
You have won according to 1 John 5.4
In the victory that conquers the world--our faith.
Help me to find a smile
To truly understand this wee verse
For I need the hope to go on
Help me to see you in all times
Even it times when I fail myself
Freinds fail me
Lord you know how I feel
Help me to find you
Help me get though the day
Thank God you choose people
In your grace
They changed the world
By the birth of your son
Now we have true freedom
Knowing the end
Even now it still working
True change comes from you not humans
