I am an ordained Southern Baptist minister who has just recently relocated to Florida. I work in a gospel rescue mission where I act as a counselor and mentor to homeless and addicted men. Although I have been doing this kind of ministry for years, I never cease to be amazed by the awesome ability of God's power to change and transform broken and hopeless lives.

I am a cancer survivor, still struggling with the after effects of treatment. The doctors are encouraged by my progress, but are always quick to remind me that one never knows about cancer.Long term survival is dependent on many different factors, so at this point in my recovery, I have no idea what my future holds. What ever it may be, I will trust fully in my Lord, who is able.


You will find a rather eclectic selection here, consisting of secular as well as Christian works,however the majority are lyrics to Christian songs for which I also compose the music. Music has been an intrical part of my ministry for many years, so most of the lyrics you find on this page are original songs my wife and I have performed locally for a long time.

I write because I consider it to be a part of my ministry. I have no illusions regarding my talent. I truly believe that everything I write is a gift from God. If it is good, then the credit belongs to Him.
