dedic8ed2christ on September 22, 2006I think the most disappointing thing of all is that I truly did have hope that he had changed and truly wanted reconciliation. I spoke candidly with him about someof what he had done and there no acknowledgement nor sorrow over the events...The Lord can change him alone. For I cannot!

dedic8ed2christ on August 26, 2006update to anyone who cares...my dad recently tried to swindle my grandma into giving him and his overaged girl 3000 dollars, taking advantage of her after she's had a stroke...she recently put out a restraining order on him but the threats are there, one being that they would burn her house down. Looks like my "hope' is more idle than ever eh?

gullionmar on May 11, 2006god bless you for forgiving your dad.my kids dad has hurt them alot to but we forgive him to my son hadn't spent much time woth him until last april. he had hurt him very badly, but god forives so must we and now we at least talk to each other as friends for my sons sake. best wishes to you sweety,good luck.keep up the great writing ok
