Ello, I'm Hannah AKA Death in a Rose. Okay so my name is a bit morbid, and truly I am a bit morbid myself. But there is a story. In my lovely quartet of friends we all have nicknames and I happen to be you guessed it DEATH, a simple five letterword that describes what the majority of the population of earth is scared of. The rose part is my middle name, also I beleive a rose describes me, looks pretty and fragile but it has thorns. I am fairly new to this site, I joined to share my poetry, and I am also new to the poetry thing so I hope that I develop my style and technique through joining this cite and recieving critism and (hopefully) praise. One thing I don't like though is people saying that I said something wrong. I understand a typo we all make those but i mean if I say that something was defying something please don't tell me that I meant not conforming or something similar to this. I enjoy hearing people's responce to my poems and hearing their own expierences that they were reminded of through my poems. I think it is an important part of developing as a person. shadowlyn infinitas : hannah! :] on January 25It's been ages. I'm glad to see you back on ap. I have been quite.. prolific?.. in my writing. new styles, too. (check out some of my more recent stuff like 'in circles.' and 'a midnight revelation.' :] ) the 'violence in a violin poem' isn't inspired by QotD b/c, well, I've never seen it. (the book was good though :] ) It was actually a picture that prompted it. I'm happy you liked it so much though. miss you, love you, too!
