I'm one of the most easy going people you'll ever meet....can be serious at times....yet I'm goofy otherwise....like football, basketball, baseball..and especially bowling on the weekends; the poems that I post on there are things that actually are on my mind, and it is a lot of things that I don't say in person, since I am generally an introverted, closed minded person (Not that I wouldn't want to have it that way, its cause a fear of saying too much).

I feel that this is the best way for me to get it out, unless there is someone I prefer to tell my thoughts to. Most of my work on here refers to the daily struggles of life, and women that I am attracted to, and how I have either talked to them, haven't talked to them, and so on. In the past, I was exactly like this, though I would run run run and run from women--I do not want to do that...and feel that I am at the point of my life where I at least have to let some know who I am...some of the stories may seem repetitive, though they are actually what I go through; I cannot type anything different on here.

It must be noted that some of my works here are based on many songs that I've heard, since I do have a broad musical taste varying from rap to country to the fast-paced techno. I am especially beginning to appreciate the value of the producer in music as much as the artist.

I can have fun with $100 or $20 on a given night, as long as the people I am with have something great and funny to say. I do not need to watch the biggest TV, live in the most spacious house, and drive the most expensive car to live a great life. At the end of the day, it is family and friends (or those close to such) that matter.

Things go by so fast these days, so I guess you can say I'm on the slower end of things; I do not like to be rushed by any means as far as speeding on the road, and getting up early. I also prefer to take back/country roads as well, and wouldn't mind living in that type of environment. My thoughts tend to be at best after midnight or when I am at a Starbucks, both times where my work on here is written and/or typed.

"Backup Quarterback" is my first poetic album on here. For those who do not know football, it is the unknown player who is on the sideline until he gets his chance to prove what he is worth once he starts. I feel as if I am that person who has been on the sideline for quite a while and is now ready to take the field. Every work on this album is based on a true story.
