My name is Cassie Adkins, I'm a poet...go figure. I've been writing for many years, I find inspiration in anything whether its a tv show, a picture I see or a conversation I have with someone. Not all my poems are based on my life, sometimes I put myself in other peoples shoes and write about them. Again, easily inspired! I have an amazing husband, we got married June 9th 2009, his name is Christopher. You'll find many poems I wrote about him. I have a daughter named Laila, and a beautiful sister named Tracey. Alot of my friends have their own poetry site on allpoetry, I think its cool how we all share our poetry with one another. But thats beside the point, I hope you all enjoy my writing, please dont correct my poems because I would never correct yours. Allpoetry rocks!
