I am looking for the poems to help ease the suffering and sorrow of family members left behind to deal with the death on a family member that was unexpected (car accident, drugs, murder, suicide etc...) It is so hard for families even when death is from a long or short illness, but when a family member dies especially a young person it is very hard to know the right thing to do or say. So having said this I hope this gives everyone an idea of what I am looking for in the poem.

I don't know if I can write here or not. Just looking at it, brings back so many memories, and wells my eyes with tears beyond control. What a great idea for a contest. I will try to come up with something, but can not promise you.

I was reading contest and saw yours. I am so sorry for your loss. What a horrible experience to deal with all at once. Rest assured that heaven has taken them into its bosom and you will see them again. *rose

I understand your pain. It's truly hard to deal with the loss of a loved one. I lost my oldest brother, my youngest brother, my grand aunt and my youngest my son all in a matter of months. Still God knows whats best for me even when my weary eyes can't see. God bless you is my sincere prayer.

I thought I would remove my genius poem from your contest as you do not strike me as a very intelligent person. I hope you are not offended, but in the last analysis I do not care 2 pence.
